GrabFood Signatures, a new program in the Grab app, was launched in the Philippines several months ago. It features popular and well-loved restaurants that offer Grab consumers various treats and deals on favorite food and drink selections. Its June special is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

From today until June 22, you can order all you want from any GrabFood Signatures restaurant and pay only PhP1.00 for the delivery fee. It’s the perfect deal for several reasons. First, Cagayan de Oro is still on MECQ (Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine, which means it is better and safer to have food delivered right on your doorstep instead of going out and dining in a restaurant.

Second, Sunday, June 20, is Father’s Day. What better gift to give the most special man in your life than food?

Third, it’s delivery fee. Nowadays, where can you find a food delivery service offering PhP1.00 for delivery charge? That’s quite a steal!

To give you an idea of how awesome the GrabFood Signatures deal is, I ordered a (large) cup of steaming hot Americano from Starbucks. It was the perfect treat after spending practically the whole day in the mall for our 1st vaccination.

As usual, the Grab driver was on time and extra courteous. He handed out my order with a smile. Too bad I wasn’t able to take a photo of him (I ordered around 8pm already). Anyway, the PhP1.00 delivery fee is real! I paid only Php150.00 for the steaming cup of Starbucks Caffe Americano. Satisfied with both the delivery service and the order, I gave the Grab driver and Starbucks five stars!

(Side note: Did you know that you can tip your Grab driver using the app if you pay for your orders via debit/credit card? Grab will give you options for the amount of the tip you want to give and once you approve, the app will automatically send it to the driver. Convenient, right?)

First off, you have to download the Grab app (if you do not have it yet). Then tap FOOD and look for the ONLY WITH GRABFOOD logo and tap it. You will then see the restaurants that are featured on GrabFood Signatures. Click on the merchant of your choice and order away!
