My husband and I are extremely happy because our dream community is finally taking shape.

Earlier this year, I told you about Italpinas Development Corporation’s new project, Primavera City. I marveled at how it was the perfect home for us, what with its green features and its unique Italian architecture.

I was fortunate enough to have been invited to the grand launching of Primavera City at the Pueblo de Oro Golf and Country Club. All the guests were dressed to the nines that evening.

Gracing the special occasion were the COO of Italpinas Development Corporation Architect Romolo V. Nati, IDC President Atty. Jose D. Leviste III, Vice Chairman Danilo Antonio, Senior Vice President Harold Dacumos, and IDC Non-executive Chairman Dr. Jose “Joey” P. Leviste, Jr. Mayor Oscar Moreno was represented by his son, Sean. Many of Cagayan de Oro’s important people also attended the event.

In a special program hosted by ABS-CBN’s Jamie Bantigue, Architect Nati showcased the unique features of Primavera City via a video presentation. Drawing positive reactions from the audience were the natural ventilation system of the building and the world class amenities, including the sky garden, sky pool, and gym.

Primavera City’s natural ventilation system is one of the features that my husband and I love. Imagine living in a building where air can easily (and freely) go in and out. Even when it’s incredible hot outside, you will feel unbelievably cool inside the building. As such, the use of electric fans and air conditioners will be lessened, which means lower energy consumption.

Aside from the above mentioned, other features of Primavera City include a function hall, a playground, and a sauna for residents. Additionally, 24/7 security is available and there is a standby emergency power system.

Apart from residential units, Primavera City will also house offices and commercial establishments. So, yes, it is basically a city within a city.

Best of all, Primavera City is located in uptown Cagayan de Oro. It is flood-free, traffic-free, and close to schools, shopping centers, clubhouses, and even a world class golf course, among others.

Anyone who decides to sign up and get a unit (or two) at Primavera City won’t regret doing so. All the units are designed to cater to residents’ specifications. There are two different types of studio units, three types of one-bedroom units, and three different types of two-bedroom units to choose from.

Studio Type A&B are approximately 29 square meters, including the balcony. The Type A one-bedroom unit is more or less 54 square meters in size, while Types B&C are at 46 square meters, including the balcony.

The Type A two-bedroom unit measures 60 square meters, while Type B is at 82 square meters. Type C, on the other hand, is at 58 square meters. All these measurements already include the balcony.

So at Primavera City, finding the exact condominium unit you want is easy. Aside from giving you the option to choose the unit size you want, you can also choose the one that suits your budget.

Of course, whichever unit you choose, you can avail of a flexible payment scheme.
