Globe Media Excellence Awards 2017 Now Accepting Entries

This is for all my blogger friends; for all journalists, social media advocates, and broadcasters.

Globe recently announced its call for submissions for the 2017 Globe Media Excellence Awards. The GMEA was organized in 2012 to give recognition to journalists, broadcasters, bloggers, and social media advocates who, through their craft, create a positive impact on society. Initially, Globe handed out the awards to Cebuanos and Davaoeños, but in 2015, GMEA expanded and started giving out awards in Bacolod, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, General Santos, and Zamboanga.

To find more about the Globe Media Excellence Awards, here are details from the email they sent a couple of weeks ago:

The Globe Media Excellence Awards is anchored on Globe Telecom’s commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It seeks out entries that delve on the care for the environment, innate care for people, positive societal impact, and digitalization.
