Welcomes the Year of the Earth Dog with a Festival of Activities
Cagayan de Oro is one of the cities in the Philippines that celebrates the Chinese New Year with a lot of style and exciting activities. This year, the celebration started on February 10 with the launching program held at the City Hall Mini Park.
