Last May 16, 2018, Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) launched and opened the 4th to 6th floors of Primavera City Tower B in a simple luncheon ceremony held at Prawn House in Uptown CDO. I was there and I witnessed just how fast the remaining inventories were sold.
The event was graced by Italpinas CEO Architect Romolo V. Nati and Company President Atty. Jose “Jojo” D. Leviste III. Realtors, brokers, and potential buyers also attended the event. IDC Vice President for Marketing and Brand Management Ms. Clara Elizaga was also there and shared some good news about Primavera City.
When it came to the launching of the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors of the mixed-use condominium’s Tower B, the was instantly filled with excitement as everyone waited for the illustration (on boards) to be unveiled. As soon as it was, all the realtors, brokers, and buyers buzzed with activity as they raced to the front to claim the units they were eyeing early on in the event.
Towards the end of the luncheon get-together, a total of 12 units were already pre-sold to lucky (and happy!) homeowners.
IDC also gave out special discounts that day: reservation fee was slashed into half (50% off) and the total unit price was offered with a Php200,000 discount.
In addition, as a belated Mother’s Day celebration, IDC also handed out flowers to all the guests who were mothers.
Primavera City is the latest project of Italpinas Development Corporation. It is a mixed-use building that houses offices, commercial establishments, a world-class hotel, and residential units. It showcases the same environment-friendly features as IDC’s first development project, Primavera Residences. Some of these features include photovoltaic solar panels, external louvers, natural ventilation, and renewable energy. It is the first of its kind here in CDO.
